RETURNS

Ready Or Not's return policy is designed to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase.  

For online and in store purchases items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase and must be received back to our warehouse within this time frame. Items for return must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn, unused, shoe soles unmarked) with all security and garment tags attached, unbroken and still sealed. If security tag is cut, broken or tampered with Ready Or Not will refuse return. We do not accept returns on gift cards, intimates or sale items. All garments are inspected before shipping for marks and flaws so please be careful when trying on garments. Items returned with any damage such as make-up marks or split/pulled seams will not be accepted for exchange or return. Items must be in resalable condition upon return. 

Ready Or Not accepts returns for faulty items however we will not accept returns for change of mind or circumstance. For faulty items we retain the right to determine the appropriate action. If the flaw is able to be repaired we will offer to either repair it for you or if you wish to have it repaired yourself by your local provider we will reimburse you for the repair cost once provided with a scanned copy of your repair receipt. If the garment's flaw is unable to be repaired we will offer you a replacement or store credit. Incorrect size or fit does not constitute a flaw. Ready Or Not does not offer refunds. 

To make a return please contact Ready Or Not at info@readyornotnoosa.com immediately after receiving your item/s stating your reason for the return or exchange. Please include in your correspondence your order number and details for reason for return/exchange. Once you have contacted us via email and your reason for return has been assessed you will receive a RA number and details on how to return the garment/s. Garments cannot be returned without an RA number. Returns must be received back to Ready Or Not within 7 days of receipt of your oder. If returns are not posted within the guidelines of postage provide when you receive your RA number Ready Or Not will not take responsibility for loss or damage. Items are able to be returned to the Ready Or Not Boutique. 

Once your items have been received by Ready Or Not they will be inspected based on the outlined conditions. If approved you will be issued a store credit. For exchanges we recommend you place a new order and use your store credit at the check out. If you wish to simply swap sizes please outline this in your original contact email and we will determine if there is your desired size available and if there is your new size will be dispatched immediately after your original garment has been received back, inspected and approved. Additional shipping may apply as Ready Or Not does not reimburse for or pay for return shipping.

Ready Or Not reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges at our own discretion. In the instance where your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you.

While Ready Or Not offers a flexible returns policy, frequent returns are closely monitored. Excessive returns by a single customer will be flagged and customers may potentially be refused at Ready Or Not's discretion.

We ship Australia wide however we currently do not ship internationally.

Ready Or Not provides flat rate $15 express shipping for all orders Australia wide so that you can get your garments ASAP! 

Ready Or Not is not liable for products where the exterior of which have been damaged or defaced, which has been subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling, or which has been altered or modified in design or construction
